FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Monroe and Noble. * WHEN...Until 100 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 949 AM EST, Doppler radar and rain gauge reports indicated an area of heavy rain has fallen warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Duck Creek at Macksburg is also above flood stage. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
