The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...
Fox River at Dayton affecting La Salle County.
For the Fox River (Illinois)...including Dayton...Minor flooding is
forecast.
...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam is expected.
* WHERE...Fox River from Millington downstream to confluence with
the Illinois River, including the Dayton gauge.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Residential structures threatened along
2062nd Road in Wedron. Water overflows low-lying banks in Dayton
and Ottawa.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CST Sunday the stage was 11.2 feet.
- Forecast...Flooding is expected to continue near and upstream
of the ice jam while it remains in place.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
