WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to 5 inches
at higher elevations. 2 to 3 inches of wet heavy snow for valley
locations.
* WHERE...In New York, Chenango, Tioga and Broome counties. In
Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna and Wyoming counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall will be elevation dependent with
elevations above 1500 feet seeing the higher accumulations.
Given the heavy and wet snow, there is the potential for
isolated power outages. Elevations below 1500 feet will see
lower end snow accumulations with temperatures above freezing.
