FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Monroe and Noble. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1221 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain has fallen. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.8 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Duck Creek near Macksburg was at 13.5 feet and rising.
