Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches for a storm total of 4 to 8 inches. * WHERE...Western and Central Hillsborough and Cheshire Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low visibility to create dangerous driving conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will be heaviest this evening into the overnight. Snowfall rates up to an inch an hour are possible.
