unstable and unsafe.

FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM EST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Large stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Athens, Gallia, Lawrence, Meigs, Morgan and Washington
and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson,
Mason, Pleasants and Wood.
* WHEN...Until 500 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, large creeks and streams, and other
low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Streams continue
to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 318 PM EST, gauge reports indicated flooding along the
rivers and larger streams, including the Little Muskingum
River and the Shade River. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain
have fallen.

Parkersburg, Athens, Marietta, Belpre, Point Pleasant,
Gallipolis, Pomeroy, Beverly, Rio Grande, Albany, Racine,
Coolville, Rutland, Chesterhill, Forked Run State Park,
