Ashley Counties.
For the Ouachita River...including Felsenthal Lock and Dam, Monroe,
Columbia...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Ouachita River at Felsenthal Lock and Dam.
* WHEN...From Wednesday evening until further notice.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 AM CST Monday the stage was 67.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 65.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late Wednesday evening and continue rising to 73.0 feet
Saturday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 70.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
73.3 feet on 04/05/2012.
