FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Monroe and Noble. * WHEN...Until 700 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 221 AM EST, Runoff from earlier rain continues to impact the area. Although local streams are likely beginning to crest, flooding that is already occuring will continue in the warned area today up until early evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
