HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM AKST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...City and Borough of Juneau. * WHEN...From 9 AM to 3 PM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects and may damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds have been gusting to 60 mph or higher since 730 am this morning. A peak gust of 105 mph was recorded at Eaglecrest at 845 am this morning.
