PATCHY DENSE FREEZING FOG THIS MORNING... Patchy Dense Freezing Fog has developed across portions of the area, especially near rivers and lakes, with visibilities reduced to one quarter mile or less in some locations. Motorists are urged to drive with extreme caution, as visibilities will vary significantly given the patchy nature of the fog. In addition, the moisture may freeze, especially on elevated surfaces, potentially creating slippery conditions for motorists and pedestrians. If driving this morning, use low beams, reduce driving speed, and allow for plenty of room between you and other vehicles.
