SNOW FOR THE NORTHERN PANHANDLE...
.Moist southerly flow will override cool outflow winds in the
north bringing snow Wednesday into Thursday afternoon. Expect
snow to begin late Wednesday morning, with the heaviest rates
expected overnight into Thursday morning. If outflow winds are not
as persistent, we could see a rain/snow mix for Juneau and Icy
Strait, severely impacting snow totals.

14 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHEN...From 3 PM Wednesday to 3 PM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult and is discouraged
unless it is an emergency. The hazardous conditions could
impact the morning or evening commute.
