* WHAT...Sustained south winds 15 to 25 mph, with gusts near 45 mph
expected.
* WHERE...The Coastal Range and San Joaquin Valley.
* WHEN...From 9 AM PST this morning until 4 AM PST Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects. Blowing
dust will reduce visibilities at times. Travel will be difficult,
particularly for high profile vehicles, such as campers and
tractor trailers.
