Yalobusha At Whaley affecting Carroll and Leflore Counties.

* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Minor over bank flooding is occurring
along the river.

- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.7
feet tomorrow morning.
