* WHAT...Large stream and river flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southern West Virginia, including the following county, Lincoln. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, large creeks and streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 145 PM EST, the Mud River at Hamlin was in minor flood stage at 13.3 feet. Flooding impacts will continue across the area, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
