* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Warning, one to two feet of inundation above ground level in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (2.5 to 14.2 feet Mean Lower Low Water). For the Coastal Flood Advisory, less than one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (4.0 to 14.3 feet Mean Lower Low Water). * WHERE...Eastern Massachusetts coast including Cape Cod and the Islands. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, until 5 PM EST this afternoon. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 1 AM to 4 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Some coastal roads become impassable around high tide. Flooding 1 to 2 feet deep affects some coastal roads and low lying areas from Revere and Winthrop through Boston to the South Shore and communities along Cape Cod Bay. Flooding also affects roads near Edgartown Harbor and Nantucket Harbor, and approaches Five Corners in Vineyard Haven.
