Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Scattered moderate snow showers continue across the region, and
as of 1130 AM stretch from near Charleston to Buckhannon. They
will continue to move east over the next few hours, into the
mountains.
Localized moderate to heavy snow could cause sudden reductions in
visibility and briefly slushy or snow-covered roads. Drivers
should exercise heightened caution, and be prepared for rapidly
changing visibility and road conditions this morning.
