* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following county, San Benito. * WHEN...Until 730 AM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 511 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of San Benito County - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
