.Windy conditions and low relative humidity will lead to critical
fire weather conditions this afternoon.
The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from noon today to 6 PM CST this evening. The Fire Weather Watch
is no longer in effect.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 088 Clark.
* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Open fires can quickly escape and are very difficult
to control, even for experienced fire fighters.
