The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 9 AM this morning to 6 PM CST this evening. * Affected Area...In Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 098, 100, 106, 107 and 108. * Winds...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * Relative Humidity...As low as 25 percent. * 10 Hour Fuels...as low as 7 percent. * Impacts...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
