In Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of heavy snow will impact the northern Blues Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, and again late Wednesday evening through Thursday. Strong gusty winds will also produce low visibilities at times late Wednesday through Thursday.
