* WHAT...Blowing snow and strong crosswinds expected. Southwest winds gusting between 45 and 65 mph. Highest gusts near Livingston and Nye. * WHERE...Beartooth Foothills, Livingston Area, and Northern Sweet Grass. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility, which along with strong crosswinds will make travel difficult. Travel on I-90 from Livingston to Big Timber, and roads along the Beartooth foothills, will be impacted. Those driving high-profile vehicles or towing trailers should consider using an alternate route. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The risk of blowing snow will diminish as temperatures warm into the 40s Wednesday afternoon. However, strong southwest winds are expected to continue through Thursday night.
