* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of north central Illinois, including the following counties, De Kalb and Lee. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM CST. * IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 602 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated a line of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall continuing to move over portions of the area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are possible with these storms, with storm total rainfall of 1-3 inches possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
