IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages. Locations impacted include... Waynesburg, Fredericktown-Millsboro, Jefferson Boro, Rogersville, West Finley, Deemston, Marianna, Rices Landing, Aleppo, Clarksville, Blacksville, Mount Morris, New Freeport, Nineveh, Spraggs, and Brave.
