Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
counties, southeastern Harrison and southern Jefferson OH,
Pennsylvania, including the following counties, northwestern
Allegheny, west central Armstrong, southern Beaver, southern
Butler and northwestern Washington, and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia, including the following counties, Brooke and
Hancock.
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or
other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 807 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1.3 inches of
rain have fallen.

Weirton, Steubenville, Butler, Franklin Park, Aliquippa,
Monaca, Kittanning, Cadiz, Wellsburg, Shaler Township,

Township, Ambridge and Wexford.
