IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Freeport, Lena, Pearl City, Cedarville, Davis, Dakota, Rock City, Ridott, Buena Vista, Loran, Rock Grove, Oneco, Orangeville, Kent, Eleroy, Damascus, Mc Connell, Scioto Mills, Winneshiek, and Elmoville.
