Access Road to boat ramp and parking lot to boat ramp flood. In addition... flooding of most of the land at the bend of the river upstream develops. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EST Friday the stage was 12.5 feet and steady. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 34.6 feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 18 feet.
