Flint River at US 19 near Carsonville affecting Talbot, Upson, Taylor and Crawford Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Flint River at US 19 near Carsonville. * WHEN...From Saturday morning to Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins. Access Road to boat ramp and parking lot to boat ramp flood. In addition... flooding of most of the land at the bend of the river upstream develops. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM EST Friday the stage was 12.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 24.8 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 18 feet.
