Water also covers the driveways in the Harts Bluff community. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 730 PM EST Friday, the stage was 10.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 12.4 feet Wednesday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
