At 1154 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Valdosta, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Lake Park, Lakeland, Valdosta, Quitman, I-75 At Exit 16, Moody Air Force Base, Remerton, Dasher, Greenville, Hamburg, Pinetta, Hansell, Lovett, Nankin, Empress, Clyattville, Hanson, I-75 At Exit 11, Naylor, and Courthouse.
