* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast New York, including the following counties, Rockland and Westchester. * WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 PM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ossining, Peekskill, Haverstraw, Dobbs Ferry, Nyack, Upper Nyack, Stony Point, Croton-on-Hudson, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington, South Nyack, Piermont, Buchanan and Grand View-On- Hudson. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
