* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following county, Essex. * WHEN...Until 145 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1035 PM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flooding is occurring along the Third River at Bloomfield and it is in minor flood. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
