The greatest accumulations will be confined to the higher terrain of the Chautauqua Ridge. Much less accumulation along the Lake Erie shore and in the valleys of southern and eastern Cattaraugus County. * WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with snow covered roads and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute on Monday. The combination of wind and snow on trees may bring down a few tree limbs and result in isolated power outages.
