Flint River at US 19 near Carsonville affecting Taylor, Upson, Crawford and Talbot Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Flint River at US 19 near Carsonville. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 22 feet, Minor flooding expands into the woodlands and fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 19.
