* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Edisto River near Givhans Ferry. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, lower portions of Hideaway Lane flood. Water also covers the driveways in the Harts Bluff community. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 430 AM EDT Monday, the stage was 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.3 feet Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
