The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT this evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 080 Kiowa and Fire Weather
Zone 089 Comanche.
* WINDS...South 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 16 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any ignitions will have the potential to grow
rapidly and exhibit extreme fire behavior.
