* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Indiana, including northern Lake County. * WHEN...Until noon CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 753 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated scattered showers and thunderstorms over the last several hours had produced up to a half inch of rainfall, with isolated areas up to 1 inch. An additional wave of heavy rainfall will move into the area shortly. - Additional rainfall up to 1 inch is possible across the area, which may cause minor flooding. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
