* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Atoka, Coal, Johnston and Marshall. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 808 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen and another inch is possible. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Madill, Atoka, Tishomingo, Coalgate, Mannsville, Ravia, Wapanucka, Lehigh, Milburn, Bromide, Fillmore, Coleman, Olney, Russett, northeastern Lake Texoma, Oakland, Phillips and Boggy Depot Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
