* WHERE...A portion of southeast Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Atoka, Coal, Johnston and Marshall.
* WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 808 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen and another
inch is possible. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the advisory area.

Madill, Atoka, Tishomingo, Coalgate, Mannsville, Ravia,
Wapanucka, Lehigh, Milburn, Bromide, Fillmore, Coleman,
