Weather Watch for gusty winds and low relative humidity, which
is in effect from Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Much of central and southeast Virginia.
* TIMING...Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening.
* WINDS...West 15 to 20 mph with gusts between 25 and 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...20 to 25 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...In the 60s.
* IMPACTS...Dry and breezy conditions will support adverse fire
behavior allowing fires to spread rapidly.
