cars through flooded areas.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Additional lake effect snow showers will produce quick coatings
of snow, with visibility under a half mile at times. Though
daylight will allow much of it to melt, shaded untreated roads
may still be slick. Exercise caution when traveling.
