HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow showers accompanied by winds of up to 30 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of a mile. LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 511 PM EDT, a band of heavy snow showers was along a line extending from near Lanesville to near Phillipsport and moving east at 35 MPH. THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR... Woodstock, Olivebridge, Kerhonkson, West Hurley, and Kenneth L Wilson Campground around 515 PM EDT. Kingston, Wallkill, Hurley, High Falls, and Tillson around 520 PM EDT. New Paltz, Saugerties, Plattekill, Modena, Port Ewen, Lake Katrine, and Saugerties South around 525 PM EDT. Rhinebeck and Highland around 530 PM EDT. Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Milton, Clermont, Red Hook, Marlboro, and Staatsburg around 535 PM EDT. Beacon, Wappingers Falls, Fairview, and Red Oaks Mill around 540 PM EDT. Pleasant Valley, Fishkill, and Myers Corner around 545 PM EDT. Pine Plains, Ancram, Millbrook, Hopewell Junction, and Stanfordville around 550 PM EDT. This includes Interstate 87 between exits 18 and 20. SAFETY INFO...
