Rhinebeck and Highland around 530 PM EDT. Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Milton, Clermont, Red Hook, Marlboro, and Staatsburg around 535 PM EDT. Beacon, Wappingers Falls, Fairview, and Red Oaks Mill around 540 PM EDT. Pleasant Valley, Fishkill, and Myers Corner around 545 PM EDT.
