Oil City, Franklin, Clarion, Knox, Sugarcreek, Hasson Heights, Seneca, Polk, Emlenton, Rouseville, Shippenville, St. Petersburg, Kennerdell, Woodland Heights, Utica, Foxburg, Fryburg, and Cranberry Township. This includes Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 41 and 61. Snow will lead to reduced visibilities and hazardous travel conditions. Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this intense snow shower. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads are likely to lead to accidents.
