Eastern Palm Beach County in southeastern Florida... * Until 1215 AM EDT. * At 1020 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated training thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over this area, and additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area with the on going training storms.
