your vehicle in case of an emergency.
* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations
of 4 to 8 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an
inch. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches with the totals
greater than a foot over the Lake George Region, southern
Adirondacks and the southern Greens.
* WHERE...Western Mohawk Valley, Southern Adirondacks and the Lake
George Saratoga region in eastern New York and southern Vermont.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult due to snow and ice
covered roadways and reduced visibility. The heavy wet snow
may lead to some downed tree limbs, resulting in some power
outages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates may approach one inch per
hour this morning.
