A band of heavy snow stretches from the Mohawk Valley into the
Lake George Saratoga Region and has been producing snowfall rates
around 1 inch per hour. This band of heavy snow will continue in
these areas until at least noon.
Motorists should use extreme caution due to snow covered roadways

stopping distance and avoid breaking suddenly.
