accumulations of 4 to 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45
mph. The heaviest snow is expected between 10 AM and 3 PM PDT.
* WHERE...South Central Oregon Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains and
Southern Oregon Cascades. This includes portions of Highways
230, 138, and 62 around Crater Lake and Diamond Lake.
