elevations above 5500 feet, with a measureable accumulation
possible down to 3500 feet. Southwest winds gusting as high as
35 mph.
* WHERE...South Central Oregon Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains
and Southern Oregon Cascades. This includes portions of
Highways 230, 138, and 62 around Crater Lake and Diamond Lake.
