* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches along and west of the Continental Divide, with lesser amounts across the east slope of the Wind River Range. West wind gusting 30 to 40 mph, with occasional gusts up to 60 mph on the east side of the range during the afternoon. * WHERE...Wind River Mountains West and Wind River Mountains East. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Additional snow amounts over South Pass will range from 1 to 2 inches. The combination of snow and wind will likely create hazardous conditions on Wyoming Highway 28 over South Pass, especially from this afternoon into this evening.
