GUSTY WINDS AND DRY VEGETATION WILL RESULT IN A HIGH FIRE THREAT... The National Weather Service in Tiyan has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect until 7 PM ChST Sunday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch is in effect from Sunday evening through Tuesday afternoon. * WIND...East wind 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph possible, especially in higher elevations. * HUMIDITY...45 to 60 percent, especially from late morning through sunset. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Conditions will ease during the nighttime hours, then return during the daytime.
