humidity values, and continued drying of fine fuels will produce
critical fire weather conditions over much of Hudspeth County on
Friday afternoon.

* TIMING...12 Noon to 6 PM MDT Friday.
* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 9 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...In the mid 70s.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
