There could be snowfall of 1 to 3 inches from 5000 to 5500 feet, 3 to 6 inches from 5500 to 6000 feet, 6 to 12 inches from 5500 to 6000 feet, 12 to 18 inches from 6000 to 6500 feet, and up to 2 feet on the highest peaks above 8000 feet. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Riverside County Mountains above 5000 feet. * WHEN...From late tonight through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow level will rise to 5500 to 6000 feet for early Saturday morning, fall to around 4500 to 5000 feet for Saturday night, then fluctuate around 5000 to 5500 feet on Sunday.
